Odette brings more than 27 years of project, programme and portfolio management experience. A former Townsville City Council General Manager of the Project Management Office, she combines senior governance experience with hands-on infrastructure delivery, contract administration and commercial support.

Kim Dempsey

Co-owner & Director | Stakeholder & Community Engagement

Kim connects project teams with government agencies, communities, businesses, Traditional Owners and landholders. Her experience combines stakeholder engagement and project communications with project coordination, contract administration and sensitive landholder negotiations.

Practical engagement planning, clear communications and on-ground consultation that keep people informed throughout delivery. Kim also supports regional businesses through tender readiness facilitation and mentoring.

Daniel Olsen

Senior Civil Foreman & Roadworks Surveillance

Daniel brings extensive civil construction experience across road widening, pavements, asphalt and seals, drainage, culverts and live-traffic delivery. His earlier foreman appointments include Bruce Highway safety upgrades and Flinders Highway overtaking lanes.

Matthew (Matt) Dempsey

Civil Surveillance & Plant Operations

Matt brings practical experience in civil surveillance, machinery operation, embankment rehabilitation and flood-recovery works across North Queensland. His work supports field observations, drainage and erosion-control checks, and clear records of work completed.

Certificate IV in Building and Construction

What Matt brings

GPS and chainage-based photographic evidence, quality observations and field records for disaster-recovery and environmental restoration works. His hands-on plant knowledge supports remote access, earthworks, drainage and rehabilitation delivery.

Selected experience

His recorded project experience includes Little Brown River streambank remediation, Strathalbyn Station gully and embankment rehabilitation, and Station Creek restoration at Havilah Station.
