How we help

From competing priorities
to coordinated delivery.

01

Recovery programme management

Turn a demanding recovery workload into a coordinated delivery programme. We support work packaging, priorities, programmes, budgets, risk registers and reporting, with clear responsibilities and visibility of constraints.

02

Scope, procurement & mobilisation

Bring structure to scopes of work, tender documentation, evaluation support and contractor mobilisation. Coordinate technical inputs and procurement records so the delivery team understands the approved scope and its obligations.

03

Engineering & field delivery support

Connect engineers, supervisors and project managers with the work on the ground. Support technical coordination, inspections, quality records, progress monitoring and resolution of delivery constraints.

04

Contract & commercial controls

Keep quantities, progress claims, variations, notices, commitments and forecasts under control. We help councils and contractors maintain clear records and respond to issues while the work is underway.

05

Evidence & submission support

Coordinate damage, scope, cost and completion records into a traceable evidence set. Identify gaps early and support the responsible applicant with organised material for submissions, reviews and acquittal.

06

Stakeholders & community communication

Support landholder liaison, access coordination, works notifications and community updates. Keep communication aligned with the construction programme and the needs of affected communities.

Funding context

Clear records.
Informed decisions.

The Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) provide joint Australian Government and state or territory funding assistance following eligible disasters. Delivery requirements are administered through the relevant jurisdiction.

We help organise the project and commercial records supporting recovery work. Funding eligibility, approvals and reimbursement remain subject to the applicable arrangements and the responsible authority’s assessment.

For Queensland projects, our approach considers the relevant Queensland Reconstruction Authority guidance, including the distinction between Emergency Works, Immediate Reconstruction Works and Reconstruction of Essential Public Assets (REPA).
