Odette was engaged through APS to support GNM Group’s subcontract delivery on Cairns Water Security Stage 1. The package involves large-diameter steel and HDPE pipelines, complex trenching, bulkheads, valve-pit works and connections across multiple work areas. Maddy has also worked on the project.
Our contribution
- Supporting programme planning, sequencing and coordination across work areas.
- Managing contract administration, change records and commercial reporting.
- Preparing progress, cost and delivery records to support informed decisions.
- Coordinating technical, programme and commercial interfaces with the delivery team.
